What do I need to do to Plan for my Dog's Photoshoot?

Get practicing! Some basic commands such as a simple 'sit and wait' will go a long way!
Be sure to pack a selection of their favourite treats & toys to help maintain their attention throughout the session. I will have some treats of my own on the day but it is great to have a something they are guaranteed to like.
What should I expect on the day?
My studio is just a short walk from the tube with good access to the Central, District, Hammersmith & City lines and the DLR. I can also advise on a drop off point if you decide to arrive by car.
When you arrive we will have plenty of time to settle in with a coffee! I will want to know all about your dog while they have a good sniff around and make themselves comfortable in the space. It is also a great point to make sure they are photoshoot ready with a final brush.
I encourage a calm environment to help get the best results. A short walk before hand is often a good idea.
Can I we try a few different options?
We will try a variety of backdrops and cover a range of poses in the session. We can include any special poses that you have been practicing as well as any accessories you bring with you.
Your dog will dictate how much we can achieve on the day. It is my priority that they are happy throughout the session.
Breaks can be had at any time to help keep them focussed and make sure they are enjoying the process as much as we will!
What happens after the photoshoot?
Following your dog's photoshoot session, I will process your images and share a preview via an online gallery. Here you can make your final choices which will then be professionally edited and retouched ready for delivery.
This can be a really hard decision but I am more than happy to offer any guidance. I always have my own favourites from a photoshoot and will be happy to share mine with you.
You will either receive your digital files via an email download link or physical products will be delivered directly to an address of your choice.
Regardless of your chosen package, you will have the opportunity to purchase additional digital images, physical prints or products.
