Dog Events & Exhibitions
March 13, 2024Pop-up dog events are a big part of my year as a dog photographer.
I love meeting new dogs of all shapes, sizes and breeds. Each dog is unique and shares a special bond with their owners. My husband Ryan and I have a Yorkshire terrier of our own and totally understand how deep that connection is. I really enjoy capturing dog’s looking their best, providing lasting reminders to be treasured for ever.
The origin of my dog Photography career began when I helped Ryan with his pet portrait business (Woof Portraits). He often needed quality reference images to produce his custom works of art. We quickly became the perfect double act. I would accompany him at an exhibition of his dog portrait with a studio photography setup, providing the perfect opportunity to have a professional photoshoot and commission a custom pet portrait based on one of the images from the session.
We have replicated this at several locations in London, including Doggy Daycare centres (Barkney Wick), Dog groomers (Hearts & Hounds), dog-friendly pubs (The Morgan Arms) and restaurants as well as some high street shops (Papersmiths on Pavillion Road).
On occasion we have taken part in many larger dog events in association with the Four Legged Foodies. Chelsea Dog Day and The Big Woof at Kings Cross are definitely ones to add to your diary. They are a lot of fun and include a whole range of other leading dog businesses and creatives, attracting hundreds of dog’s and their families.

I offer one-to-one photography sessions at my London studio alongside these dog events. They offer a lot more time allowing the chance to try more backdrops and any outfits or accessories you would like. A private session is perfect for any young or excitable dogs that would benefit from fewer distractions.
Find out more about studio shots at my website or get in touch to discuss the best option for you and your dog.
I hope to see you soon!
